It was constructed about 6 metres above the river level, limited by balconies and brick railings; it displays splendid views on the River Uruguay. A number of stairs lead to the sand and the trees, in the area that is sometimes flooded. On the way you can appreciate the Municipal Tourism Office, the Argentine Naval Subprefecture building and port facilities.
